Staff Accountant

· Maintain historical records by keeping documents neatly filed.
· Prioritize and be committed to meeting critical deadlines.
· Reconcile & prepare monthly and year-end financials.
· Property tax listings.
· Prepare and file weekly payroll and quarterly tax reports.
· Prepare monthly sales tax returns.
· Prepare W2’s and 1099’s · Bachelor’s degree in accounting- _preferred.
_ · Minimum three years relevant working experience.
· Intermediate to advanced knowledge of QuickBooks desktop and QBO.
· Self-Starter with excellent project management skills.
· Proficiency at researching tax & payroll issues.
· Able to work moderate overtime with heavier requirement January-April.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $40,000.
00 - $55,000.
