Your opportunity:
As a Logistics Analyst, for the Greenheck Group, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, meeting customer delivery expectations, and on-time delivery.
As the Logistics Analyst you will also be responsible for a variety of Logistics office duties including following processes and procedures to achieve accurate and timely shipping paperwork.
This is done in support of corporate objectives for on-time delivery.
What you’ll be doing:
Daily interaction in support of Customer Care Team, 3PL Logistics Partner with respect to shipping status of various Sales Orders.
Daily support of Sales with respect to cost effective freight solutions including but not limited to expedited freight quotes and expedited freight alternatives.
Work with 3PL logistics partner and carriers to meet on time shipping requirements.
Processing freight claims, RGA’s, re-consignments, storage approval, detention, and various customer service requests as needed.
Export documentation support.
Review and determine carrier changes.
Customer updates including tracking and POD’s.
Tactical problem solving of day-to-day shipping issues.
Develop and cross-train to support all logistics customer service office activities.
Print, review, and distribute outbound shipping paperwork as required.
Administrative support for Docuware, SAP, etc.

Generate and maintain inbound and outbound delivery reports.
Administrative support for service parts orders.
What you should have:
Required 2-4 years of relevant work experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain.
Required 2 Year/ Associates Degree in business, supply chain, or a related field of study.

Minimal travel is required in this role.
This is a Monday - Friday in person role
