Full Time/Part Time Positions - Driver - Paid weekly - Paid Training The ideal candidates will be able to deal effectively with customers and maintain a positive FedEx image while making deliveries and managing area priorities effectively.
The candidate will be punctual, self-starting and have a competitive drive.

Our drivers work a "4 +1" schedule: four days per week with a flex/on-call day.
We like to be flexible but the schedule is ultimately determined by route coverage needs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Follow through and deliver all packages safely Complete all pick-ups assigned to route within the scheduled time frame Deliver and scan every package according to proper procedure Meet and greet customers in a positive manner Safely operate box trucks and step vans (No CDL Required) Communicate promptly and effectively with management on time critical issues Important Characteristic: Speak, read and write English fluently (must meet Federal DOT requirements for communication with law enforcement) Benefits: Dental insurance Health Insurance Vision insurance Paid Life Insurance Voluntary Life Insurance PTO Paid Time Off Supplemental Pay: Various seasonal/safety bonuses *Base: 14.
