Our unit includes all the desk drawers, and armoire doors and is reflected in our asking price.
We are down to one unit left and pictures reflect that change.
Bed Comes with desk drawers and built in armoire.
All drawers and doors are in perfect working condition.
Spacious desk big enough to house a full size computer and leave enough space for doing homework or crafts.
Can be oriented as pictured or placed opposite of the cubbys.
Oversized cubbys Armoire section holds over 50 items of hung clothing comfortably depending on childs size.
(Clothes pictured are size 8/10 for reference) Surface of unit is easy to clean and magic eraser gets off nearly any harder to remove marks and stains.
Unit has been throughly scrubbed down.
Accommodates a twin size mattress.
There are some wear marks on the desk drawers (marks shown in pictures) from rubbing against desk chair and random normal wear marks.
Can easily be touched up with some paint or you can purchase new drawer faces at ikea for $15 as shown in the last picture.

We removed the two bottom ladder rungs to keep our toddler from climbing up.
We still have them and they we will be put back in place before you pick up.
We can break down into smaller sections before pickup.
The top, sides and desk would be the pieces we wpuld to reduce to to be moved.
