Overview:
As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our technical products.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and successful applications that meet the needs of our retail partners and internal users.

Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Vision:
Define the product strategy and vision, aligning it with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market demands, and business goals.
Product Roadmap and Planning:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines the prioritized features, milestones, and release schedules.
Work closely with the engineering team to translate product requirements into detailed specifications and user stories.
Ensure that the product roadmap aligns with the technical capabilities and limitations, considering technical feasibility and resource availability.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to drive the product development process from conception to release.
Work closely with the UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
Product Development and Execution:
Lead the agile product development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features, resolving any technical challenges along the way.
Conduct thorough product testing and quality assurance to ensure that the product meets the defined specifications and quality standards.
Product Performance Analysis:
Monitor key product metrics and analyze user feedback to evaluate the product's performance and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct post-launch reviews and gather insights to inform future product iterations and enhancements.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to technical product management.
Communicate product updates and changes to internal/external stakeholders and ensure they are aware of the product roadmap and upcoming features.
Responsible for not only new development, but production support and bug fixes on existing and legacy systems.
Responsible for ensuring production support activities are covered 24x7.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
MBA preferred.
Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role, preferably in the software or technology industry.
Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing enterprise software applications within the grocery industry.
Working knowledge of product development architecture.
Strong understanding of the grocery industry
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise product requirements.
Proven record of accomplishment of successfully managing complex software products from ideation to launch.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders in the grocery industry.
Established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams and high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, understanding of Agile principles.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
