```Duties```
- Direct supervision of clinical staff
- Oversee daily operations of clinical staff, schedule/time off management, time clock entry/payroll, ordering medical supplies/equipment, pre-certification/authorization for medications/procedures, and phone triage.
Responsible for all annual training, hiring, orienting new employees.
-Provide professional support and guidance for nursing personnel and ultrasound technicians.
-Member of the management team.
```Qualifications```
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in [state]
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Proven experience as a nurse manager or in a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare professionals, patients, and their families
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems
