We are seeking managers at all levels with the ability to lead a great team in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements include: • 1 year Management experience (Restaurant Management a plus) • Must be able to lead, recognize and train successful talent • Must be able to communicate effectively with your team and customers • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to multitask Our Management benefits include: • Salary/Compensation $75,000 - $100,000 • Appreciation pay of $15 PER HOUR • Monthly bonus based on sales increases • Additional monthly bonus- $1500 • 401k up to 4% matching • Vacation • Medical after 90 days • Dental after 90 days • Vision after 90 days • Life insurance after 90 days • 5 day work week • Flexible schedule • Free food • Thanksgiving and Christmas day off " Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.
