Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the shift
- Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery to customers
- Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as necessary
- Collaborate with other managers to develop and implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction and increasing sales
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role preferred
- Knowledge of catering, food production, hotel, banquet, bartending, or coffee industry is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
