We offer the opportunity to work at both restaurants simultaneously! _The Hourly Assistant Manager plays a key role in the operation of our restaurants, with accountability for directing the team and ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of daily operations.
This includes, but is not limited to: product preparation and delivery, customer relations, inventory management, team management, training and motivating team members, financial accountability during shifts, ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer, and other duties as required or assigned.
Responsibilities:
* Run organized shifts and execute all administrative duties.
* Provide leadership & direction when RGM is not available
* Analyze and respond to operation and financial metrics
* Assist RGM in training team members
* Ability to manage any conflict regarding customers and/or employees
Qualifications:
* Valid driver license and reliable transportation required
* Requires the ability to accommodate a flexible schedule including weekends
* Minimum of 2 years of experience of assistant management experience preferred
* Must be able to lead, recognize and train successful talent
* Must be able to communicate effectively with your team and customers
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
* Ability to multitask
