Responsibilities:

- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory tracking.

- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage store operations and maintain a well-functioning environment.
- Excellent phone etiquette to provide exceptional customer service over the phone.
- Ability to manage stock levels and ensure proper inventory control.
