In a Construction office, the Production Manager is the Crew Chief.
As our Production Manager you handle the customer satisfaction, quality of work, and prompt completion of claims.
In this role, you also recruit the initial and ongoing subcontractors to meet the demand of changing sales volumes.

After receiving the “hand-off” of a submitted claim, you schedule the project, order the materials, contact the homeowner, and are the point person for all customer/production related issues.
This position will include time in the field conducting daily site visits, running materials, moving crews as necessary, and ensuring the jobsite safety on all projects.
Production Managers must be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a sincere passion for customer service, but as a consummate professional, you know this already.
