Store Manager

Store Manager Duties: - Oversee the daily operations of the store, including administrative tasks, stock management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize store profitability and achieve sales targets.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
- Train and supervise store staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed to meet customer demand.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Utilize strong math skills to manage cash handling and reconcile daily sales.
Experience: - Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact with customers, staff, and suppliers.
- Knowledge of the local market trends and competition to make informed business decisions.
- Proficient in basic math calculations for cash handling and inventory management.
