*General Manager: *We are seeking a talented leader to oversee our Maiden, NC facility.
*PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: *
· Direct all aspects of operations, including service, physical assets, operating costs, and team member relations with a special focus on Safety, Service, Efficiency, and People.
· Manage budgets and P&L.
Ensure assigned site(s) remains within budget.
· Provide the training, guidance, and counseling necessary for individual team members.
Maintain positive employee relations and resolve employee people issues in a timely manner.
· Collaborate with department managers and operational staff to ensure adherence to operational guidelines and best practices.
Ensure employees are aware of company, regional, and local objectives.
· Adhere to assigned headcount targets within the operations division, allocating resources appropriately to ensure cost-effective staffing levels are met.
· Provide ongoing communication to executive leadership on operational effectiveness, including established and custom reporting, feedback on specific initiatives, and general comments on the effectiveness of the RTP site.
· Participate in cross functional continuous improvement team projects, integration projects, and employee recognition projects.
· Work with Safety management to execute and monitor all programs related to the security and safety of personnel, equipment, and property.
Comply with all governmental agencies’ regulations issued to regional sites.
Comply with all safety practices, including the use of appropriate PPE needed to complete the task.
· Travel may be required.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $65,000.
