Business Office Manager

Come and join the White Oak Family! White Oak Shelby is currently seeking a Business Office Manager.
White Oak of Shelby is a 160-bed skilled and rehabilitation facility located at 401 North Morgan Street, Shelby, NC.
This position is full time hourly Monday through Friday 40 hours a week position.
We're looking for the highest quality Business Office Professional, to over see, process and maintain all appropriate and adequate information in order to bill approved payor sources for services and charges rendered by the facility.
Our Business Office Professional will daily meet and communicate with our customers.
Must be able to provide superior Customer Service to our White Oak patients, residents, families, co-workers, and vendors in a manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required experience: A minimum of two (2) years experience in Long Term Care within a Business Office Professional role Efficient knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare and private insurance Productive in Accounts Receivable Proficient experience with AHT, RFMS, Navihealth and insurance verifications The ideal candidate is versatile in business operational goals, caring, flexible and innovative with a strong leadership, critical thinking, problem solving, communication, customer service and organizational skills.
Must relate professionally with residents, staff, family members, referral sources, physicians, and vendors.
