Regional Sales Manager

```Duties``` - MUST HAVE experience in the Trucking or Cargo industry - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets - Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver effective sales presentations - Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction through regular communication and support - Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability - Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance - Monitor and report on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities ```Skills``` - Proven experience in Salesforce, sales, technical sales, business development, or technology sales - Strong ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal teams - Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to achieve business objectives - Strong account management skills to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
