Transport Care Services is looking for a professional and driven Operations Manager to join our team! This role would drive and grow our school bus divisions in the North Carolina area.

Day to Day as an Operations Manager.
Drive and own the scheduling process.
Dispatch.
Manage and develop drivers.
Be able to effectively and professionally communicate with drivers and district staff.
Be able to meet deadlines on a consistent basis.
Ensure the division is in compliance with all contract requirements.
Minimum requirements
Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in Bus Transportation.
Proficient in scheduling.
Proficient in dispatching.
Must possess a CDL with a School Bus Endorsement.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
The ability to successfully complete a criminal background check, drug screen, and physical.
What we offer

00 to 60,000.
