Assistant Store Director - Grocery

POSITION SUMMARY: The Assistant Store Director is responsible for assisting the Store Director in all phases of store operations including enforcement of all policies and standards of FAIRVALUE.
Assists the Store Director with cash and inventory control as well as maintaining FAIRVALUE's high standards of customer service.
Is responsible for rotation of all perishable product in the grocery, dairy, frozen food and HBC departments.
Responsible for the entire store in the Store Director's absence.
Has directly authority over all store associates in the Store Director's absence.
Reports to the Store Director.

· Knowledge of DSD/Scanning Operations · Knowledge of front end operations Experience · Three plus years’ retail grocery experience.
