What does a Restoration Contents Manager with Paul Davis do? Job Responsibilities: Foster an environment of collaboration and teamwork within the division and company Manage customer contents upon loss relating to: Pack-out of their contents from their home to our conditioned warehouse Creating an inventory of all customer contents Deodorize and clean customer contents Store customer in vaults and manage that storage and vault management within our warehouse Pack back customer contents into their home following completion of reconstruction Provide content information to Desk Estimator for their completion of the estimate for insurance and self-pay needs Meet clients and adjusters on-site to assist in issue resolution and provide a professional opinion Look for ways to expand opportunities in serving our customers by managing and handling their contents Manage a team of contents technicians to provide high quality work with excellent customer service Assist other team members when needed and foster a positive working relationship with other departments.
This is a working manager role.
Deliver thorough, proactive & direct communication with internal staff, customers, quality assurance and insurance adjusters.
Issue resolution - be the point of contact for customers if they have any questions and/or concerns and resolve those in an effective and timely manner.
Maintain inventory of clean, properly stocked, and organized trucks along with all company equipment.
Role Qualifications (Requirements): Desire to join a world-class team and contribute a positive attitude Punctual and reliable Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50 lbs or greater) Moving industry or contents experience is a plus Willingness and ability to work in less than perfect environments (mold, smoke, weather, for example) Clean background check, valid driving license with a clean driving record Respectful to clients, coworkers, and management Ability to lead others from diverse backgrounds Excellent written and verbal communication skills IICRC Training & Designations a plus (Fire, Water, Odor, Upholstery Restoration) Ability to adapt to change Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed Desire to continually learn new things Compensation and Benefits: $50-$60k base + commissions 2 weeks' vacation accrued within 1st year Health/Dental/Vision insurance is available to employees and family 12 days paid holidays 401k with company match Leadership Development - our company grows from the inside.
