What Will I Be Doing?
We are in search of a full-time a Children's Behavior Health Supervisor who will provide training, coordination, scheduling, oversight, supervision, and management of all training for new and tenured Family Centered Clinicians (FCT).
The candidate will lead a team of mental health professionals and coordinate the delivery of services to ensure the well-being and safety of the children in their care.
The candidate must be willing to work throughout the Charlotte area.

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Human Services field required
NC fully or provisional license: LCSW/A, LCMHC/A, LMFT/A required
Experience working with children who have behavioral diagnoses and their families required
Access to reliable transportation adhering to all NC Division of Motor Vehicle laws (current vehicle registration, vehicle insurance, and driver’s license) required
