Responsibilities:
Monitor all orders from customers and sales reps once acknowledged.
Track all orders in a select territory using an Excel spreadsheet.
Communicate any issues on an order with customer and/or rep.
Ability to resolve issues or disputes related to orders prior to shipping (problem solving)
Work with our Traffic/Shipping Dept to coordinate shipping date to hit install dates.
Most communication in this position will be by email however you would also receive phone calls from Sales Reps and customers.
Will need to either know or learn our line to answer questions pertaining to product.
Must be able to work in an open office atmosphere.
Qualifications Requirements:
Communication skills (both phone and email)
Computer Skills/AS400 experience is preferred.
Collaboration (works well with others/team player) and positivity.
Excel experience
Word experience
Active listening and people skills
Prior experience in Customer Service is preferred.
