Monarch NC, a provider of high-quality and trauma-informed care for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illness and substance use disorders, is seeking a dedicated Residential Team Leader to lead our team in Lincolnton, NC.
*Immediate opening -- start working as soon as April 22nd with a completed background check.

As the Residential Team Leader, you will provide supervision and guidance to both staff and the individuals they support to enhance quality of life through services that enable individuals to achieve their personal dreams and goals.
You will serve as the Qualified Professional for all assigned people and programs.
You will continuously use person-centered approaches and positive approach strategies when interacting with the people we support and integrate strategies into program plans.
You will also initiate and maintain clinical authorization and systems that ensure all aspects of program plans, including timeframes, audits, following through on clinically related issues preventing authorization approval or billing, resolving issues both locally and regionally, and conducting reviews of clinical documentation to ensure that it meets the requirements for the service being provided.
_*Work Schedule:*_
* *Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.
\*\*On call coverage is required.

_*To qualify, candidates must have the following:*_
* A Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services related field is required.
* At least 3 years of Qualified Professional experience working with people with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, mental health issues or substance abuse issues.
* At least 1 year of team management experience.
* A QDDP certificate is preferred.
* A valid Driver's License and insurance is also required.
