American Auto Sales & Transmission in Salisbury, NC is looking for a ASSISTANT MANAGER and a LEAD AUTO TECHNICIAN / that has 5+ years Auto Technician/ Mechanic experience & for the Assistant Manager, 2+ years service writer to join our team.

Customer Service Responsibilities
*Schedule appointments *Maintain a positive and efficient working environment *Greet and assist customers and clients *Take customers information and start work orders *assist mechanics/technicians with diagnosis and jobs.
Customer Service Qualifications
*Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to delegate effectively *Great written and verbal communication skills *High attention to detail *Familiarity with computer systems and software that applies *Experience in office and customer service work.
*Experience with writing invoicing.
*IS highly knowledgeable in mechanics and diagnostic skills
Shop Foreman Responsibilities
*Examine and/or diagnose cars and trucks based on customer statements and determine appropriate repairs needed *Present and explain estimates to complete repairs to the supervisor *Replace or repair worn parts as needed
Shop Foreman Qualifications
*Previous experience as an auto/truck technician/mechanic a must *Previous experience as a transmission technician a big plus *Excellent verbal communication skills *The ability to remove and reinstall engines and/or transmissions *Knowledge of how to perform diagnostics and use different scanners *Must have your own tools *Strong critical-thinking and troubleshooting skills
