*Key Responsibilities:* * Build strong relationships by assigning Care Professionals to client shifts * Foster connections by sharing client assessment information with Care Professionals.
* Facilitate warm introductions between clients and Care Professionals.
* Maintain open, professional, and timely communication with clients regarding changes in shifts or Care Professional assignments.
* Optimize efficiency by managing overtime and promptly entering schedules for new client requests.
* Ensure precision by accurately scheduling client rates, Care Professional pay rates, and mileage.

in Health Care Management (preferred) * Extensive knowledge/experience in working with Aging Adults * Strong knowledge of medical records systems and patient service protocols * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes * Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient privacy * Driver License and Vehicle Insurance *About Home Instead:* The passion to care is already in some people; they just have to give it a purpose.
