A professional who creates and delivers training programs for various levels and areas of the organization.
The role combines education, experience, skills, and knowledge in Learning & Development and instructional design.
The Learning and Development Analyst is responsible for the design, development, implementation, administration, and delivery of training programs, practices, and procedures at all levels of the organization.
The successful candidate will perform needs assessments to identify knowledge, skill, and behavioral gaps for all levels and areas.
They will provide consultation on Learning & Development research, learning theory, technologies, instructional design, adult learning, and best practices.
The Learning and Development Analyst will engage with People Solutions, business leaders, and other internal stakeholders to understand, support, and advise on specific Learning & Development needs.
They will interact with functional organizations to develop specifications for course content and delivery.
The Learning and Development Analyst will be involved in both the development and delivery of training programs.
They will facilitate design and delivery by external experts and consultants.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree and 5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous experience in Learning & Development required
Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and other learning tools
At least three years of experience in training and training content creation.
