About the Job
Candidates will provide one on one behavioral interventions to teach communication, social, and daily living skills and to reduce challenging behaviors to children across all environments.
This will be done in one of our clinics as well as the client’s home.
If you do not currently have your RBT certification, we will pay for you to get it.

Job Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is responsible for the implementation of unique behavior plans developed by the BCBA for each individual learner.
Data collection and session note submission.
Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors.
Experience of working with children, adolescents with special needs is preferred.
Other duties as assigned.
Recognizing and teaching in the moment skills that are required to promote treatment integrity, progress, and RBT skill development.
Responsible for helping to foster a positive environment.
Position Requirements:
Have a valid RBT Certification or be willing to get one.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent required
Must have the desire to work with young children with behavioral challenges.
Must be able to successfully complete a criminal history background check.
Must have reliable transportation and proof of driver’s license and valid car insurance.
A high school diploma or GED equivalent

Working Environment:
This job operates both in-home and in ABA clinics.
Travel to clinics and to client’s home is required.
