You support our team as
A/P Manager
Responsibilities
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Manager.
You will be processing payables daily, verifying invoices, processing payments, and performing account reconciliations for three companies.
Responsible for all functions that are needed to make sure payables are processed in an efficient and timely manner.
Process three-way matching invoices, code manual invoices, expense reports, process payment requests and other similar items with correct codes and approvals, conforming to standard procedures in entering data into the financial system
Responsible for all vendor correspondence as well as evaluating and reconciling all vendor statements and invoice discrepancies
Prepare and process weekly payments, which include ACH, wires and checks as well as assist with month end close
Manage and verify all Concur expense reports, ensuring their compliance with company policy
Receive, research, and resolve routine internal and external inquiries
Strive to improve processes in assigned accounting functions
Perform other duties that are needed to support the accounting department
Qualifications
Associates degree and a minimum of 3 years accounts payable experience
Continually meet deadlines and follow up on any pending issues
Must be a self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills
Analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail are a must
MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
SAP or Great Plains Accounting software (Preferred)
Lean experience preferred
Open to learn new skills, flexible with change and have a strong ability to prioritize
