$150 Out of town workers (Newton)

We have 2 furnished rooms we rent out in our private home.
We are a retired married couple that runs a no nonsense household.
We rent to workers that just need a place to eat sleep and shower short term.
$150 a week flat rate for one room with shared bath just between the 2 rooms,we have our own bath.
The second room is empty most of the time but is rented out to a guy right now .
One person per room.
No smokers,drinkers or visitors.
Room has tv/w cable and WiFi.
Very quiet and safe place to stay for man or woman.
We prefer daytime workers.
