We have a fully furnished room we rent out from time to time to folks that just need a temporary to stay while taking care of business or readjusting.

Longer if things work out for both of us.
Rent is $150 weekly cash in advance and you get a receipt.
We are a retired married couple.
Home is a brick ranch in a very quiet safe neighborhood on a no outlet paved street with no cars or foot traffic.
Room has tv and WiFi with a work desk.
Bathroom is in the hall shared with one male renter.
We are respectful and honest and expect the same in return.
Room is for one person with no drinking or smokers.
