$175 Furnished room for out of town workers (Newton)

We have 2 furnished rooms we rent to out of town workers in our private home.
Both rooms have queen beds and tv with WiFi.
Bath is shared between the 2 rooms,we have our own bath.
One person per room.
Very safe area with no traffic.
Country sitting on 3 acres of land.
Must have full time job that you go to,no work from home.
Available Jan.
1st.

Rent is $175 weekly flat rate.
If you return home on weekends rent is reduced to $150 weekly.
No smokers or daily drinkers.
