Full use of kitchen, wi-fi, laundry room living areas and back porch.
Must be VERY clean and respectful.
I am a 64 year old guy, very active and I only have patience for good, respectful people.
No smokers, social drinker is fine as I am the same.
Garden, woods and right next to the State park, $1000/month.
Plenty of uncovered parking, pond for fishing.
