*Key Responsibilities:*
*Client Outreach and Follow-up:*
* Initiate proactive outreach to clients for service appointment scheduling and updates.
* Conduct follow-up communications to ensure client satisfaction and address any post-service inquiries.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and personalized service.
*Marketing Strategies:*
* Develop and implement marketing initiatives to promote the powersports service department.
* Utilize various channels, including digital platforms and traditional methods, to enhance the department's visibility.
* Collaborate with the Service Manager to create engaging content and promotional materials.
*Appointment Management:*
* Efficiently schedule service appointments, coordinating with clients and service technicians.
* Prioritize appointments based on urgency and optimize the service department's workflow.
* Ensure timely communication with clients regarding service timelines and expectations.
*Documentation and Reporting:*
* Keep meticulous records of client interactions, service orders, and marketing initiatives.
* Generate reports on client engagement, and the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
* Assist in preparing documentation for Service Programs.
*Qualifications:*
* Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of powersports products, maintenance, and repair processes is a plus, but not required.

Hours: 8:45am-6:00pm M-F & 8:45am-5:00pm Saturday
