*Responsibilities:*

Field Sales and Service:*
* *Actively engage in sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.

* *Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.

* *Conduct home visits and consultations to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.

* *Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships.

Team Supervision and Support:*
* *Supervise and coach a team of sales and service professionals to achieve individual and team targets.

* *Lead by example by demonstrating best practices in sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge.

* *Provide ongoing training, guidance, and feedback to team members to enhance their performance and development.

* *Monitor team performance, track sales metrics, and implement strategies to drive improvement and success.

Operational Management:*
* *Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, territory management, and resource allocation.

* *Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of sales and service activities.

* *Manage inventory levels, equipment, and supplies to support field operations effectively.

Relationship Building:*
* *Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

*Qualifications:*
* *Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

* *Proven experience in sales and service roles, with a track record of success in meeting or exceeding targets.

* *Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity, preferably in a field-based environment.

* *Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

* *Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.

* *Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

* *Proficiency in CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office suite.

* *Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
