SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTIONS: The Inside Sales position job entails tracking and following up on the leads the organization generates based on web marketing and outside sales.
The Inside Sales Associate handles the project execution actions and overall coordination between Customer Service department and Outside Sales department.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Work closely with Account Managers plus participate in Pricing Management system Support Account Managers with all internal and external sales efforts Key role in maintenance of formal Pricing Management system Meet program milestones, complete action items and achieve customer satisfaction Understand customer technology direction, markets, and drivers for change Responsible for verbal and written communication to the customer Implement company strategies, initiatives, and technologies to maximize sales growth QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree Relevant training in Sales, Business and Marketing Efficient in Microsoft office (at least intermediate level in Excel Spreadsheets) Benefits Available Medical Dental Vision Disability Plans Employee Assistance Plan Tuition Reimbursement 401k match
