Shop Fabricator/Welder

```Duties:``` - Perform welding duties using various welding techniques such as MiG - Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools - Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment ```Qualifications:``` - Proven experience as a welder or similar role - Proficient in various welding techniques - Knowledge of welding codes, standards, and practices - Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of metal properties - Basic math skills for measurements and calculations - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, lifting, and standing for long periods of time -Ability to grind proficiently Note: Experience with ductwork is a plus, but not required.
