Carpenter Helper

Looking for a reliable helper/possible lead person for a window and door warranty service company.
_*MUST NOT BE AFRAID OF HEIGHTS*_ _*WE STAY OUT OF TOWN DURING THE WEEK IN A HOTEL.
*_ _*MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK*_ _*MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE*_ Sometime we do very heavy lifting, other days we are driving all day (Paid).
I'm not looking for a lazy person who only wants to work when they feel like it, I need someone who wants to work as much as we work.
We travel from Tennessee, The Carolina's, Georgia, Alabama - sometimes we are out of town a week or two and sometimes we have a few days off during the week because we are waiting on parts etc.
I can't guarantee every week will be 40 hours but the plan is to get to that point.
We rarely work weekends and 99% of the time we are home on the weekend.
* We need someone not afraid of heights as we use Boom Lifts and Lulls.
* Must be very professional and dress according to the job site.
* We need to be very respectful of other peoples property while on site whether its commercial or residential.
* Start out Temp with opportunity for full time, I need a really reliable & loyal person.
