where I am at now is no longer gonna work anymore.

so I'm looking for a place,.
preferably with a power hookup or somewhere I can run a dropcord to.
And water hookup but I have had to fill large containers when there was no running water.
I use very little power because I use solar power for most stuff, everything in the RV runs off 12V mainly.
The RV is an 86 Ford Tioago.

and it does run just needs a fuel pump which is pretty cheap.
Everything in the RV works it's not the prettiest thing in the world but its been taken pretty good care of and in decent shape.
I have many skills that should cover most anything you might need done .
I'm a journeyman electrician which is what I will be going back into for full time work so if I like the place it could turn into cash I could pay for rent after a month or two.
I owned my own property preservation company for 4 yr working for apartment complexes, had a.
step and deck business and sub contracted for Oakwood Homes.
I also trimmed them out after they were set up and did the underpinning.
So I can do siding , finish carpentry like crown moulding, baseboard, chair rail, you name it.
Done a.
little flooring like tile and laminate hardwood flooring.
I am a skilled painter also, I work for Muncey Homes in Ellenboro , then Coachman , then All American Homes working on modular homes.
I have helped build a couple log cabins up in Fairfield Mtn.
Also sub contracted for property managers that find contractors after the bank takes possession of a house , to secure it, and inspect it and bring up and problems it may have and give them
quotes for what the work to fix it will cost.
Also a whole bunch of other stuff too much to mention it all but you get the idea.

I haven't been having the best of luck here for a while so it would really help turn that around.
Definitely a step in the right direction.
Most RV parks get $350 to $450 a month with power, water , sewer , and trash pickup included.

depending on the situation you can offer I will do whatever kind of work for an agreeable amount for the number of hours it takes to cover the $250-$450 for the rent.
$250 being a spot with just a drop cord run and maybe no water hookup.
or septic,.
etc.
I would have little to no traffic , I hardly have any visitors, I pretty much stay to myself.

don't drink , I do smoke cigarettes but I've cut down to 4 or 5 a day.

so not much.
I am respectful and would play loud music or any disturbing noise.
I keep my yard clean.

and try to take care of and maintain what I have.
I do have a dog.
She is only 6 months old but not very big maybe 30.
lb and won't grow any bigger than she is.
