About The Role
Are you ready to be a vital part of an industry leader's financial team? We're seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring the financial health of our organization and contribute to our continued growth and success.
You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate financial records, handle customer accounts, and provide exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Managing accounts receivable records and ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
Monitoring and reconciling customer accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Coordinating with customers to facilitate payments and resolve billing inquiries.
Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and forecasts.
Supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Collaborating with internal teams to improve financial processes and efficiencies.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Key Nice-To-Haves
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
Master's degree in accounting or finance.
